TEAM MANAGERS

Printing Rosters, Managing Reschedules, Helpful Resources

The following tasks should be completed by team managers or coaches from within GotSport. Managers and coaches have access to these tasks if they are assigned to their team by their Club Administrator.

Gameday
Roster

Teams may carry a roster of up to 26 players throughout any given season, inclusive of primary and club pass players. From that player pool, a more limited roster of attending players is set specific to each match. That photo match card is then printed and given to the officials before kickoff.

Reschedule

TCSL fall and summer seasons have a reschedule window in which matches may be rescheduled. Outside of this window, only situations involving extraordinary circumstances (i.e. weather-related, field changes) may be considered for a reschedule.

Team managers must correspond with opponents from within GotSport.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. Do I need a “permission to travel” form for an outstate tournament that my team is attending?
A. No! State boundaries make no difference in participating with US Club Soccer. If you are traveling as a US Club Soccer team to any soccer event in the country sanctioned by a U.S. Soccer-affiliated organization, no travel permission is required, and US Club Soccer’s insurance applies. International travel requires U.S. Soccer approval.

Team managers are a crucial component to a successful game-day experience.
