(February 28, 2026 deadline)
2026 Event Updates:
Based on feedback, this edition of the Minnesota Cup will be played earlier, beginning on May 9 and concluding on May 17. This will allow for players to experience more rest between matches and also will provide more time to plan before attending national events. Teams will not play on all days during this window. ECNL RL and NPL leagues will be blacked out during this time. Teams will be able to submit scheduling requests to TCSL.
National Sports Center Turf Fields in Blaine, Minn. (Primary location).
Additional Twin Cities Metro locations possible.
This event is open to 13U-19U Minnesota teams. All teams must participate in a sanctioned league. There are two levels – “Super Group” (highest) & “Premier”. 13U+ teams advance as follows:
In the event that a Cup winner also advances to a league pathway (ECNL RL and NPL) and the events conflict, the league pathway takes priority. In that case, TCSL will issue a stipend to the team to use for travel expenses at the League qualification event.
