All referees that work TCSL matches must be certified with the U.S. Soccer Federation through the Minnesota State Referee Committee.

COMPETITION RULES

Gameday procedures

Referees have a responsibility to ensure that gameday procedures are followed. Center referees must report scores to TCSL following EVERY match they officiate.

Adult (18+) Referees

Background Screening

All adults 18+ must complete a background screening annually.

SafeSport Training

All adults 18+ must complete an annual SafeSport requirement. More information is contained within the Minnesota SRC certification process.
