Matt founded TCSL in 2017 with an eye on improving the youth soccer experience in the Twin Cities.
Beginning with 350 teams in the Fall of 2017, TCSL’s reach is now vast: serving 43 member clubs and 35,000 players.
Matt leads the day-to-day operations of TCSL and its office staff.

Dawn joined TCSL in August of 2021 after a long stint with the St. Paul Blackhawks as a Club Administrator.
Driven by a desire to constantly reflect and improve, Dawn serves TCSL member clubs by being an incredible resource for Club Administrators and Team Managers.
Focus Areas:
• Primary contact for club administrative leadership and team staff (i.e. team managers)
• Customer service & support, including but not limited to rostering, event registration and inbound support tickets
• League formation and in-season reschedules
• GotSport in-house expert
After having spent three-plus years at Oregon Youth Soccer Association and two at the National Sports Center, Eric has significant experience in the youth soccer industry. Eric joined TCSL in July, 2024.
At TCSL, Eric oversees tournaments and events with a focus on ensuring that TCSL events are memorable, enjoyable and meaningful. In addition, he manages day-to-day administrative operations of the TCSL Reps and Coach Education departments as well as marketing functions within the organization.

After having been active in the TCSL Coach Education & Player Development areas for several years, Joe joined TCSL in April of 2024 as the organization’s Technical Lead.
Joe overseas the TCSL Coach Education calendar, pathway, delivery of courses and ancillary education opportunities that serve TCSL members and the game.
In addition, Joe leads the TCSL Reps program and its staff.
A veteran in the game, Joe holds the coveted USSF ‘A’ License, is a licensed Coach Educator and deliverer of nearly all courses on the pathway, from the ‘D’ License to the ‘A’ License.
Focus Areas:
• Organize coach education opportunities throughout the year, ranging from Grassroots courses to the ‘B’ License course
• Accountable to the overall success and quality of TCSL Coach Education courses and opportunities
• Build and support staff of Coach Educators and be a resource as they enter the pathway
• Leader of the TCSL Reps program, ensuring quality, professionalism and relevance
