At this time, we are awaiting further guidance from the State of Minnesota with regards to outdoor play. We recognize that teams are beginning to go outside for training and possibly, matches.
At this time, limited guidance from the State of Minnesota indicates that players must wear face coverings at all times. A comprehensive update to the TCSL Return to Competition Plan will be updated and communicated once more information is known.
The Winter Play protocols remain in effect until further notice.
**Per the guidance above, MDH has issued clarification and scenarios that would allow for a shortened quarantine (7 days, versus 10 or 14 days) period should an athlete be considered “exposed”.
A shortened quarantine period may be considered for return to play:
if the athlete was WEARING A MASK at the time of exposure AND if both the following are true:
Fill out the following forms if your club had an exposure at your club and that exposure resulted in a quarantine that will postpone TCSL matches:
Masks are REQUIRED for ALL individuals, including players actively playing. This includes players on the bench, at halftime, etc.

The below supersedes the existing Return to Competition Plan, which is applicable to ongoing winter play.
